Updating Nav function (not maps)

Hello,

I drive a 2016 F32 with the large iDrive display nav system and HUD. I have seen the latest iDrive display in 2019/2020 models, and the nav system has an updated look with more information, and the voice recognition system now responds to voice commands to be taken to any address (w/o the cumbersome process of the 2016 version that takes you to the "enter address" screen.

Is it possible to update my car with this new iDrive version containing this improved nav system?

I am expecting the answer to be, "No" because the software is integrated with the new touch screen displays (or some other reason because the code was developed in a manner that doesn't separate functionality from hardware).
