I ordered the car with the (blue) M sport breaks and surround system...

I only see the surround system on the track my bmw production page selected options...

I called my salesperson.... he said he can see the the M sport breaks on my options list at his computer and did not know why i couldnt on the website.... but he did say that they had trouble locating the option and to have parts look into how to order them. In which they said they found them.

Is that BS and the sport breaks not ordered? it seems to have every other detail on the list!

Did anyone else order blue sport breaks on their m line but not see it on their selected options list on bmwusa?

thats weird, maybe them not showing up on the list was a problem with the system they used to look it up?

Double check to make sure that you did indeed pay for them and get them ordered. If anything I would ask for the dealer to call and get confirmation for you. The worst would be to have your BMW arrive without the options you asked for. That would be an ordeal.

I would be furious,

I did call, they said it was on the order form they submitted. But that it was strange.

I have a bad feeling that they were just blowing smoke at me to cover their own a$$, incase its wrong because they said they were included in my lease price. Either way, If it doesn't have the correct rims and blue breaks.... they can just order me them and put them on I guess. It will just not have that same luster when they first pull it out for you.

The list of options on the tracking web site is known to be wrong. Have your salesman send you a copy of your production sheet. That is what was ordered.
