What compelled you to purchase a 4-series over a 3-series sedan/touring? My presumption is that you, along with the rest of us here, wanted a car with a bit more emotional appeal over a 3-series. Would you say that's why you bought a 4 over a 3?
My guess is that the 4-series should draw a different buyer compared to a 3-series buyer. Maybe younger (more sporty styling), maybe older (no need for the utility of a 3-series).
I'm curious on the age or age group that some of the people on this forum fall into. Is the 4-series skewing younger than the average BMW buyer, or the average BMW 3-series buyer?
