congrats man, looks clean. Estroil is such a great color. One question, why don't you row it yourself ;)
Great question. If it weren't for the silky smooth 8 speed ZF masterpiece, I would have opted for the 6MT. The fact is, the 8 speeds keep the engine in the powerband so well. Ripping through the gears WOT is so quick and precise. The RPMs drop less than 1000 per shift (ex. 6500 --> 5700) causing it to maintain high RPMs.

It's also been proven, numbers wise, that the 8AT is faster when accelerating and I like having that edge on the road.

It is indeed, I suppose if you want to play ricky racer :D LOL, no i hear you loud and clear. Personally I don't really care about the slight edge in shift times, I mean perhaps if I was a hardcore track guy, but I just like tooling around and heel toeing hehehhhh :D

congrats again, hows she treating you BTW?

Man, the car seems to drive better the more it's broken-in. I have just over 400 miles. The PPK reflash software is adapting well to my aggressive driving style. The MPE is settling in nicely and is progressively getting louder, as per usual with new exhaust systems.

It's actually a big car, not in the sense of weight and maneuverability, but it's long and wide, much more so than my C300. Online pics do it no justice; you gotta see it in the flesh.

I guess my one favorite part is the cockpit. I'm in rather good physical shape so the sport seats are amazing (they are small relatively speaking). The adjustable side bolsters really hug, all the while being very comfortable. I don't have premium so no lumbar support and don't need it anyway since I don't have back problems. The M steering wheel is perfect with its small radius and fat as **** thickness.

I was considering the M4 as my next car but I have to say, the 435 with its BMW OEM tune has enough power to satisfy me. I live in a traffic ridden area, therefore it's almost impossible to use all of its available power. I didn't believe some reviewers when they said "most people won't ever use all of the 435's available performance". I believe it now.

I'd recommend this car 100% to a driving enthusist. I just hope its reliability is on par with its performance.
