The first one is a better render, but the second one has a pretty cool paint job.

I love the scoop in the side of the door. I also like the break between the C-pillar and the body.

I like the both of them, both look epic!
Color scheme on the one below is what someone should look into doing on their M4/4 Series.

Some knit picking on the second design:

I think that the decal on the roof. The top should be just three stripes instead of diagonal stripes like that. If they did that then it might even line up better with what's going on in the middle of the fascia.

I would have preferred that too.
Seeing how they have 3 little stripes on the front lower portion of the bumper. they should have continued that on as lines that go down the roof.
