The wife's 435i xdrive M Sport has the LED lighting and I am extremely impressed with the light throw.

The light makes all the objects along the roadside crisp and clear. We came across some deer on our way home from the dealer and they were easier to see than her previous car that had HID lights. It seemed to outline the deer better than before so we were able to see them sooner.

It also makes it easier to read the road signs compared to standard HID lights. HID light was really bright on the signs causing a glare. The LED lights are bright but they didn't cause the same amount of glare as the HID.

If possible, see if you can test drive a standard light setup and LED setup at night. I think you will be impressed.

Good to hear that, I don't have any personal experience with LED lighting, especially when it comes to headlights, after reading this I might go the dealer and experiment with what they have.

I think they both work

xenons do a great job

leds also do a great job

i wouldnt say led is brighter. i've seen them side by side and they both seem to be equally bright.

I have xenons and they provide more than enough lighting. The blue hue is beatutiful also along with the black pupil look when off. Save your $1900.

Xenons are indeed great, no need to go any more modern. That $1900 can go to better things
