A while ago BMW revealed what the M4 Coupe MotoGP Safety Car would look like, but we weren't given any real details. Now with the 2014 season opener just around the corner, we are getting some more information.

The M4 Coupe MotoGP Safety car will come with all the regular stock parts, plus:

- BMW M Performance Titanium exhaust system with carbon finishers
- BMW M Performance Black front grille
- BMW M Performance Front splitter with blade
- BMW M Performance Carbon Rear diffusor
- BMW M Performance Carbon rear spoiler
- BMW M Performance Carbon mirror caps
- BMW M Performance Side skirts
- BMW M Performance Alcantara steering wheel with race display
- BMW M Performance Handbrake in carbon and alcantara
- M Performance foot mats
- Recaro Racing Seats with Schroth harnesses

You can see the BMW M4 Coupe MotoGP Safety Car in action for the first time at the 2014 season kick-off which will take place on March 23rd in Qatar. The season will run till November 9th when it closes in Valencia.

BMW also will be giving out awards again this year. The best qualifier over the entire season will win the classic BMW M Award. This comes with a special edition BMW M6 Coupe. Last year it was won by 20 year-old Marc Marquez of Spain (lucky kid).

I've always thought that MotoGP should use a police Special crusier for the safety vehicle. C'mon wouldnt that be cool to see a big burly gold wing pacing fire breathing grand prix bikes :D:D:D
