|Chip||I disconnected then reconnected. That solved the connection problem that I was having but now I am having the volume issue. Thanks for the suggestion about calling BMW customer service. I will try that - I didn't know BMW had a customer service department to call - I always go to the dealership.|

iPhone music volume issues
I am having problems with my iPhone and my 4 getting along. Recently (maybe after a software update of my iPhone) the car and the phone showed that they were connected but the phone would not function in any mode. I disconnected them and repaired them. Eventually (after telling the iPhone to "forget this connection") they reconnected but now, when I play music through my iPhone (Bluetooth connection) the volume is extremely low. When I turn the volume up just loud enough to hear it, then switch to the radio, I get blasted out of the car. Typically the volume settings adjust to be the same across various media, but this is not happening. Has anyone had this issue and do you have any suggestions?
