BMW 428i lease deal?

Where does everyone think the 428i lease specials will fall? Surely it will cost more than a 328i, but I wonder how much? I would say it's reasonable to expect a high money factor for the short-term, but how about after a few months? How long will I need to wait before I can lease a 428i for around $399 per month and little down?

Here are the current terms for a 328i sedan:

Quote:

Well-equipped including features such as Premium Package (Leather, Moonroof, Comfort Access, Satellite Radio), Automatic Transmission, Power Seats, iPod/USB Adapter, Hands-free Bluetooth and Destination charges.
$349*/month for 36 months. $1,000 Build-Out Cash, $500 Loyalty Cash are included in payment.
• $349 First months payment
• $2,750 Down payment
• $0 Security Deposit
• $725 Acquisition fee
• $3,824 Cash due at signing
Did anyone here closely follow the F30 328i launch? How many months after launch were lease specials offered?

Those too, although I think I will now be focusing on the 428i. Anyone have any thoughts?

@Mighty Congrats! Any update on when your car is going to come in? Which color scheme did you choose?

@Rifter11 For that money factor, did you have to put any MSDs (multiple security deposits) down?

1500 deposit for 3800 up front (tax insurance plates) 36months $700 a month even @10,000miles a year MSRP about 60 even

435xi... MSRP$54,500.....$760/mo....10,000/36 months.....$1500-1700 due at signing (1st months payment, registration, etc.)

Avoid putting down payments on a lease. If the car is totalled or stolen, that money is gone. If your credit is mediocre, the dealer might require a security deposit which is refundable.

Credit is excellent, they check it then and there anyway if the guy is there ... Dealer said they will not submit a custom build without some kind of deposit which will go towards the first payment when recieving the car
