Normal operating temperature

Hi Folks,

What's the normal operating temperature for a 435i that's driven moderately? We bought a 2016 for my wife about 2 years ago. It's got 28,000 miles. It's a 4-wheel drive model, but she drives it in rear wheel drive except in Winter. She drives it at moderate speeds and RPM, but lately we've noticed that it's been running at 250 degrees F after 20 minutes of moderate driving (2000-3000) RPM on a country road, no stop and go.

BMW recently replaced the fan unit by the radiator because the car overheated in residential stoplight to stoplight traffic. But 250 degrees seems high to me for what is essentially the most moderate type of riding you can do. So I'm wondering if something else is wrong.

What's the normal operating temp for your 435i?
