M2 at the Ring

Oh Man this is going to make the decision that MUCH harder. Thought the M4 was it lock stock and barrel, now those perverted Germans go and temp me like this! SHEESH

seriously, do I wait for this or just hop into the 4. I mean sure the 4 is snarly but its also burly. the M2 promises to be nimble and brisk like the inaugural M3, imagine!

I know what you mean.

I am doing the X drive diesel thing to get that out of my system and then i will move onto the M2. Still cant make up my mind whether to keep my 1M or trade it ? But either way i have already told the dealer that i will have an M2 in 2017, lets hope that BMW really gets it right and then surprises everyone by offering the M2 in X drive !!!

Being more nimble and brisk than the 4, also lighter and likely easier to get it into the high rev's, the 2 has some perks

@denso, it's going to be great hearing your review of the M2 once you get it, especially with you being an M1 owner at the moment.

3 years 25k miles so i have had some fun. I have decided to sell her now, time to let someone else have the pleasure of ownership of probably one of the best M cars in years.

Absolutely, if not THE best. I've always preferred the 135 to the 335 anyways, but that nimble frame and engaging performance are absolutely without a doubt what M cars should of always been. The M4 is nice, I've had a spin in the 435i and I just cant get past how BIG they feel. Maybe once I get a drive in the M4 things could change, but I'm really leaning towards a wait for the M2...
