F36 Trunk disassembly to install LCI tailights cables?

Hello,

I want to advance with the installation of the LCI taillights but the DIY that we found here is for F30 and the F36 Interior trunk is completely different! How is the disassembly of it and what is the best option to pass the cables that goes to REM module?

thank you in advance.

hey buddy,

I am in the same situation with this....I installed the LCI taillights on my F36 and havent been able to figure out how to run the wires back to the
REM. It looks like it required me to take off the tailgate inner plastic panels (all of them) in order to gain access to the "boot" in between the tailgate
and the car's body, where wires will be run through the boot, back to the interior of the car, which required you to take off the interior panels again
then trace back to the REM like other wire harness ....it's very complicated and a lot of work...but there's no other way around it
